To renovate the ageing Paris Victoire business centre, Union Investment selected Saguez & Partners for the project design and Quadrilatère for the implementation. Our role consisted in refurbishing the common parts and landings to revitalise the centre’s rental business. In order to diversify its service offering, Union Investment also wanted to offer its clients premium spaces that are more welcoming and practical, and meeting a variety of needs. The project involved three main challenges:
– limit disturbance to the centre’s business by means of strict phasing of work,
– integrate requirements relating to the centre’s classification as a public-access building, to render them aesthetically invisible,
– meet the agreed budget with a guaranteed maximum price.
Finally, the areas on basement level 1 required extensive lighting work and in-depth acoustic studies on the large atrium. Quadrilatère provided assistance on this project from start to finish: from the analysis of the building through to recommissioning the technical facilities.
