This historical 9-floors building has been restored and extended and is now occupied by WeWork. This is the 7th WeWork site in Paris launched by Quadrilatère, after the Champs-Elysées, Jules Lefebvre, Wagram and Pirogues de Bercy sites and the Jules Ferry and Ledru Rollin headquarters.
After the renovation of the building, Quadrilatère :
- modelled the technical drawings on REVIT, based on the MEP design established by Egis,
- modelled the architectural drawings on REVIT, based on the tender documents by Dubuisson Architecture,
- “trimmed up” the spaces : floor coverings, wall coatings, customised layout, etc.
Quadrilatère guaranteed the quality of the design and standing during the execution phase : stylish finishes for fittings, use of noble materials such as red marble or walnut, technical expertise focused on aspects such as lighting levels or soundproofing, etc. Close attention was paid to each of these elements, ensuring that 7 rue de Madrid turned out as an absolutely premium site.
